 Limasawa's Island Lagoon Resort is located at the northern tip of the Sarangani Island. It can be easily seen thru the rocks and the cliff when approaching the island. The entrance fee is 20Php per pax. They have a tandem sit-on-top kayak for 250 Php per hour. The cottages are very affordable. You can buy sodas and beer from the caretaker. Water during high tide is around 10 to 20 feet deep.

This outrigger boat is available at the pier of Padre Burgos where you can hire them to bring you to the island and back starting at 1500 Php and up. It depends on the size of the boat and the number of people to carry. The price is negotiable. You can ask the boatman if he can tour you around the island and fetch you when you wanted to go back to the main land. The ride will take you to the island for just under an hour, 30 to 45 minutes. Best  way to go to the island is around April to June as outside this period the water is mostly rough.

 A floating cottage can be rented for 700 Php per day. It is tied so that it will not float away from the lagoon. You can reserve it thru this number +63 916 360 8595 especially during peak season as there are more people going here.


Lagoon's clear deep green water is full of surprises.
 The clear green water in the island where you can see different kinds of fishes and sea turtles swimming around. The place is also a good spot for scuba diving as there are corals of different kinds can be seen around the site.

The place is still under development, atleast 6 cottages aside from the floating cottage are available. The people were very friendly.

 Going to the top, a view of Sogob Bay will indulge your senses, you will fee a 10 Php toll fee as you will pass thru another property on top where the light tower is located. Farmers plants spring onions and other vegetables around the light tower.

Limasawa Island is also called Sarangani Island and it is located in Bohol Sea at the southern tip of Leyte.
